A lease scan captures accurate 3D data across an entire oil and gas lease — separators, treaters, tanks, piping, valve stations and the surrounding grade — in a single mobilisation. Laser scanning records the whole site as built, including tie-in points and clearances that drawings rarely show correctly after years of modification.
The resulting point cloud gives engineering and construction teams one reliable reference for expansion work, equipment replacement and regulatory documentation. Because measurements come from the scan rather than the field, fit-up problems surface during design instead of during installation.
